Mini twist out 

First time trying mini twists and i rly like how they turned out

I think ive found my new go to protective style :D

Could do with a little less shrinkage tho lol

Started doing mini twists for the first EVER

I was super bored today and decided to give it a try

Ive never rly rocked my hair out n a protective style sans extensions before

I started with  just a small section and i rly like how it turned out so im just gna do more sections each day

Hopefully ill like the end result as much as i like the beginning stages :)

I have several possible job prospects in the works and a shit ton to do when I go home so I decided it was best for me to go home earlier than I planned

Before I really didn’t want to because I felt like I would be a huge inconvenience to my host family…

But after several long nights of thinking and trying to figure out how I would make everything work when I got home I decided that 2 weeks wasn’t going to kill them

2 weeks would however make the difference between me having a job when I got back or not

And that my friends is well worth the feeling of somewhat disappointing someone…

And its not like me leaving early isn’t an inconvenience to me as well. 

For one I had to pay 500 bucks just to change my ticket -___-

But there are just too many things that i will be able to do when i get back early that would not be able to do had i decided to leave on June 30th as originally planned

And at the end of the day I need to do whats best for me…

I’ve been unhappy here for months as well

Living with this family has worn on me mentally and emotionally

Not to mention being away from everyone I love back home

Don’t get me wrong I’ve had many great experiences since I’ve been here:

• I made life long friends
• I got to go to several shows at fashion week
• I worked with a stylist
• And I even learned the language…kinda lol

I just feel like my time here is up

When I decided to come to Paris I did it to find myself

Figure out what I wanted out of life and where I wanted to be

I’ve done all that and more

But now its time for me to go…

I wanna straighten my hair soooo bad! The last time my hair was straight was around january last year!

But I just don’t trust any of the salons ive seen here in france

Esp after this woman completely failed when trying to comb my hair

smh

Maybe I’ll take a chance but…idk
